On May 28, 2020, Governor Pritzker moved the State of Illinois to Phase 3 of his Restore Illinois Plan.  Phase 3 allows for bars and restaurants to offer outdoor seating and service.  In order to comply with the requirements of the Governor's office, the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity, and the CDC, please CLICK HERE for our Temporary Outdoor Seating Information Application Packet.  The application and supporting documentation must be submitted for approval PRIOR to your establishment opening for outdoor seating.
