One option is to use our convenient Drive-thru program on Thursday, October 3rd from 3-7 at the station located at 7447 W Lawrence Ave. Come take part in this essential health care program without leaving the comfort of your car. Another way to get your flu shot is by attending our Annual Open House which will be held on Saturday, October 5th from 12-3pm. In addition to all the fun events and awesome demonstrations put on by our fire-EMS staff, residents can receive their flu-shots in our walk-in flu0shot clinic. We expect to have all flu-shot recipients in and out in under 5 minutes. To expedite this process, please visit our website (www.norwoodparkfire.org) and fill out the consent form. If you are on Medicare, fill out the form and bring your Medicare card with you. This year we will again have a limited supply of the high dose, senior super-shots (if recommended by your physician). As always, the flu shots will be of no cost to our residents. If you have any questions or need to make a home vaccination appointment, for anyone truly unable to leave the house, please call the firehouse at 708-867-5428 between 8am & 4pm. Thank you."
