Welcome to the Village of Norridge Online Payment System

At this time, payments are accepted for water bills, parking tickets, or to renew your current vehicle sticker and/or pet tag  Future enhancements will include other Village services. During the water bill or parking ticket transaction process, a fee of $3.25 will be applied to each transaction. A transaction is limited to $300.00; if your bill is over $300.00 you can make multiple transactions. Payments can be made via the portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and electronic checks.  If a valid email address is provided, an electronic receipt will be sent. Once the payment is posted in the portal, it can take up to 48 hours to be posted on your account.  

Vehicle Sticker and/or pet tag purchases will incur a $1.00 per sticker/tag fee.

Water Bill Payment

If you would like to pay your water bill, please click below on the Pay Now.  You will need to have your account number that is found on your water bill.  Once payment is received, you will receive an email receipt.

Another payment option is Automatic Payment of Water Bills through your checking or savings account. Your water bill will be deducted automatically from your bank account on the billing due date. If you would like to sign up for ACH for the utility payment please click here .

Police Department Parking Tickets

If you would like to pay a Police Department Parking Ticket, please click below on the Pay Now.  If the parking ticket is not paid in full, the discount will not apply and is still subject to the possibility of collections.  If the ticket is unavailable for selection please contact the Norridge Police Department, Records Division.
