 *** Combining these listed items may require a remodel permit along with electric and plumbing applications.

Requirements When Submitting for Each Permit

If a contractor is doing the work:

• Complete the appropriate permit application(s)
• Submit a copy of the contract
• Pay any fees associated with the project

If a homeowner is doing the work:

• Complete the appropriate permit application(s)
• Provide a copy of the owner's drivers license or state ID
• Pay any fees associated with the project

Once the above is submitted the paperwork will be reviewed and the permit will be issued.
